Banner Intercept

Created a customized banner (bottom of the page) and feedback tab (right side of page) for a major international airport.

The banner shows after the visitor spends 30 seconds on the Parking, Reserve, Shops, or Connections pages. The banner bounces up from the bottom of the page and then settles into place. The feedback tab is always visible across the entire site.

Upon clicking the 'Take Survey' button or feedback tab, a multipage survey is shown within a new window.
