InMoment Projects (2019 - 2025)

InMoment is a customer experience (CX) company helping businesses collect, analyze, and act on customer and employee feedback through tools such as web-based intercept surveys. My primary role was creating customized intercepts and surveys (Javascript, React, HTML/CSS) for 150+ enterprise clients, leading to a 20% average increase in user engagement. I also built reporting dashboards, internal tools and code libraries, and authored documentation and training manuals. Here is a sample of some of the intercepts and surveys I built.

Optimost Projects (2010 - 2019)

Optimost was a leading tool for A/B and multivariate testing. I led end-to-end implementation of A/B and multivariate testing (Javascript, HTML/CSS) solutions for 200+ enterprise clients, resulting in an average conversion rate increase of 4%.
